earring overload

Making earrings is my new obsession! Last time I posted about button earrings I was surprised by the comments that so many of you have crooked piercings in your ears! What a bummer! Then I remembered that the my second set of piercings was off center too but I let them close up years ago. Are multiple ear piercings even in anymore? I have no clue!

navy discs, orange discs, frosted white domes, tiny red discs

I bought a bunch of plastic rose cabochons from etsy seller PrettyLovelies.

The yellow roses are my favorite (of course!) and I wear them constantly.

I made these earrings for my youngest sister who celebrated her birthday WAY back in May. I was kind of embarrassed to send a gift that late but she seemed pleased!

my husband was examining my ears the other day and asked about my second piercings. I haven't put anything in them in over 10 years but they have not closed. He asked me if anyone still wore 2 earrings in each ear and I told him I didn't think so.

I do love those cute little flowers, I am going to have to make some of those.

um, rude! yes, people still wear earrings in their second holes. they are called jen and they are related to you, erin!! ;)
how have i not benefited (sp?) from your earring making obsession yet? perhaps a labor day present? columbus day? "back-to-school" present even though i neither have children nor do i attend school? :) they are really cute.
And i have FOUR holes to fill in my apparently untrendy ears. at least they aren't crooked. hah hah.

@C.R.A.F.T.- Thanks for featuring my kitchen!!

@jen- I promise I wasn't trying to be rude! It was an honest question, without sarcasm! I new you had a second set of holes in your ear but I hadn't noticed if you ever wore earrings in them. I wasn't trying to hurt anyones feelings and I am sorry if I did!!

@Jessica- I am so glad that you like your earrings. I actually want to be like you when I grow up!

@merathon- haha! I didn't even think of the Texas connection. I just love yellow!
