Here's a recipe that I didn't see in your list. I had this dish an a luncheon last year. When I got home I did my best to recreate it from memory. I think I got pretty close.

I cooked 1 cup quinoa in chicken broth. Then I tossed in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, pepper, 1 or 2 chopped green onions and a hand full of dried cranberries. I serve it at room temp with either grilled chicken or grilled veggies (sometimes both) on top.

Enjoy!Kathyhttp://kathy-whatsfordinner.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7363482306717127753.post-25667472732868449432011-03-02T13:56:31.794-05:002011-03-02T13:56:31.794-05:00I'm back again, but this time to tell you - su...I'm back again, but this time to tell you - success! I tried the orzo recipe, but used wild rice instead of quinoa (at Costco Sunday the two bags were right next to each other but I went for wild rice - MN product - and I know the fam likes it). I used the principles of your recipe and it turned out great. Got compliments from everyone!
