Felt heart garland.














Cards for the kids' teachers. Inspired by Brooke at Inchmark. She has made tags and cards with this technique. It's cute way to use up fabric scraps.

Cut your desired shape into card stock and glue a scrap of fabric in place. Since this was a card that would open up and I didn't want the underside of the fabric showing, I machine sewed another piece of card stock to the back side of the card (making a paper, fabric, paper sandwich) I sewed the sides and bottom. With a third piece of card stock on the back side I sewed along the top. Then trimmed up all the ends to make it even.
